Kastler Skjeseth Architects
Kastler Skjeseth Architects has spent a decade quietly reshaping how Norway thinks about its built heritage. Founded by Amandine Kastler and Erlend Skjeseth — both former alumni of David Chipperfield Architects in London — the studio works almost exclusively with transformation: older buildings, heritage environments, the gap between what a structure was and what it could become. In 2027, they will represent Norway at the Venice Architecture Biennale, commissioned by the National Museum.
Portraits made for the studio's website and social media. Shot at their Oslo studio together with their child and four-legged studio assistant.
